I've always made my own blackened seasoning and this one blew them away! I sprinkled in on some fresh caught halibut, threw it in a hot cast iron skillet and voila! The citrus really shines through and adds that little extra! Can't wait to try it on some more meats!
Bought some of Papa Leroy’s seasoning and tried it on some nice halibut fillets., thanks Ed. I would highly recommend it for anyone who loves fish and would like another way to cook it. Awesome job Papa Leroy
I have not yet used this on fish, but have used it on beef and pork as wel as on veggies and salads. I will be purchasing more of this seasoning,
