So much flavor added to the dish. Excellent seasoning.
The bold chile-lime flavor hits instantly, followed by a smooth, subtle heat that lingers in the background. A much needed spice to add to your collection!
I've always made my own blackened seasoning and this one blew them away! I sprinkled in on some fresh caught halibut, threw it in a hot cast iron skillet and voila! The citrus really shines through and adds that little extra! Can't wait to try it on some more meats!
Bought some of Papa Leroy’s seasoning and tried it on some nice halibut fillets., thanks Ed. I would highly recommend it for anyone who loves fish and would like another way to cook it. Awesome job Papa Leroy
